You can get a member to join. You must tell me that you got the member to join and thay must log in atleast once. This is hoe it goes.
1st=20
2nd=30
3rd=40
4th=50
5th+=60

Do you mean the reputation thing? As far as i know, Reps are being given by other members who read a particular post of yours here. It can be either positive reps or a negative one.
